Take a deep breath!

Okay, all you busy Healthy Chicks®! Are you remembering to breathe? The one nutrient that we all need -- all the time -- that we can't live without for more than a very short time -- is oxygen! And it's free! Even if we don't have time to stop and eat oxygen-rich foods, we always have time to breathe! But we have a choice: Will we take shallow, hurried, stressed-out, mini-breaths; or will we breathe fully and deeply, allowing oxygen to penetrate our cells? Breathing deeply also helps to slow us down and calm our nerves. So, let's all take a big, long, deep, relaxed, cleansing breath . . . One, two, three . . . Breathe! Breathe out stress, and breathe in peace. Breathe!  -KS
